In our seminars we teach “Ass Kickers” how to install systems in their business so they can build a business that is NOT dependent on “them”.

We love systems that run on auto pilot. But, no matter how good your system is…

You MUST still keep your BOOTS ON THE GROUND.

What do we mean?

Remember, when the war in Iraq started?

All the experts sitting in newsrooms were saying how easy it was going to be. But, it wasn’t until the bravest of the brave soldiers got their BOOTS ON THE GROUND did they really know what we had to do.

And those were the guys doing the work.

Those news people were out of touch….no BOOTS

Install your system. But, you can’t get too far away. You gotta be in it, SON!

Knees deep, hands dirty, in the trenches making the time and doing the work. You CANNOT phone it in.

It’s this work that sets the stage for true freedom.

If you wanna be a good father you need to be there and make time for your family. This is priority #1!

If you wanna be a successful business man you gotta be in every aspect of your biz. Not saying you can’t outsource and hire out…but, you have to have done it first to know who the right people are going to be for your biz.

If you wanna be a sick trainer and coach…

You gotta be training and coaching. Working 60 hour weeks is not what were about

…but, you must stay connected to the people you are training.

If you want to be the best person you can be…you gotta have your nose in a book, listening to CD’s, going to events and making yourself better.

You have to do the work. There is no way around it.

Installing a system, like we teach at the HTKA seminars, does not mean you walk away from your business.

It doesn’t mean you don’t work hard.

It sets up a system that gives you more freedom and removes the constraints from the growth of your business.
